The Karkonosze Mountains have been a proven choice when it comes to learning to ski for years. Here you can start your adventure with skiing or snowboarding and polish your skills by entering an even higher level of initiation ;) Karpacz is one of the most obvious choices during the winter holidays and one of the most popular resorts Karpacz Ski Arena is located here, the only ski station under Śnieżka with a truly mountain character. In Karpacz Ski Arena there are 9 km of ski slopes of various difficulty levels - from easy slopes for beginners to more difficult routes for more advanced skiers. Skiers can use 5 ski lifts and 2 chairlifts. The longest of them is over 2 kilometers long! This four-seater sofa transports tourists to the top of Kopa all year round. The ascent takes only 8 minutes, from where you can start a walk to Śnieżka or start a downhill ride on a several-kilometre-long ski slope that provides many impressions. The ski complex is located in the upper part of Karpacz. To reach it, follow the main city artery (Konstytucji 3 Maja Street and Parkowa Street) to Olimpijska Street. In this area there is a station car park for 100 cars. From the car park to the lower station of the cable car to Kopa, you can get free of charge using the Lazy Transport Belt.
